Sheraton Hawai‘i Bowl
Client: ESPN
Year: 2000
Executives of the Cheetah Group have been involved with the Sheraton Hawai‘i Bowl from its inception in 2000, the inaugural game on Christmas Day 2002, through the celebration of its tenth anniversary in December, 2011.
Cheetah Group founding partner G.W. Mix played a significant role in the early development of the event on Oahu: securing many of the event's sponsors, hiring its Honolulu-based management team, and establishing its format and operations guidelines. For the past twelve years, the majority of the Bowl's branding and graphic design work, including the logo, have been done by the Cheetah Group.
Today, the Cheetah Group works with its strategic partner DAKM Enterprises in Hololulu to oversee most of the Sheraton Hawai‘i Bowl's marketing, management and operations for ESPN.
